Spring is finally here and we’re excited…about our May ravioli of the month of course!! For the month of May, we are featuring our grilled vegetable ravioli. We suggest pairing it with our puttanesca sauce and a fine chianti. Now doesn’t that sound great?

Sapore To Offer Cooking Classes In May at Middlesex High School.

Sapore is offering cooking classes once again at Middlesex High School in Middlesex, NJ for the month of May.

May 11th, 2012 - The first class is “A Taste of Northern Italy”. We will demonstrate how to prepare homemade pastas from northern Italy and sauces that compliment them.

May 18th, 2012 – The is a new class called “A Taste of Southern Italy”. We will prepare different kinds of entrees of southern italian cuisine.

Of course everyone will be able to sample the cuisine after we are done!
