Sapore To Offer Cooking Classes Beginning In October at Middlesex High School.

Looking to learn the secrets to Italian cooking? Join Sapore starting in October for 3 cooking classes designed to get your mojo going!

October 21st, 2011 - This class we will be making stuffed meats. pork, chicken and veal.
October 28th, 2011 – This class we will be making different pastas which we will be pairing with different italian sauces.
November 4th, 2011 – This is a pizza class and we will be making different kinds of pizza. (this is a popular one so you should sign up early)

All classes are from 6-8PM and will be held at:

We’ve decided to showcase two of our favorites: Pumpkin Ravioli and Butternut Squash Ravioli. Just in time for the Fall season, our pumpkin ravioli and butternut squash are full of flavor and go perfectly with our pumpkin sauce! But if pumpkin isn’t your thing, we’re also featuring our sweet potato gnochi. Salute!
